Founder and Managing Director
Curtis brings the discipline, leadership and strong team values developed throughout his professional rugby career, including representing the Wallabies.
Through Noble Care Service, Curtis is committed to creating a dependable and respectful organisation where participants feel heard, empowered and supported to achieve their individual goals.
Registered Nurse
Elisabeth is a Registered Nurse with more than 12 years of hospital experience, including the past six years in an Emergency Department. She has completed postgraduate nursing studies and also brings seven years of experience as a cosmetic nurse.
Her extensive work across fast-paced clinical environments has strengthened her ability to remain calm, manage competing priorities and communicate with clarity and compassion. Elisabeth's broad nursing background gives her a thoughtful understanding of individual needs, helping people feel heard, respected and genuinely cared for.
